Gastronorm Chafing Dish Set

Description: All chafing dishes (or chafers for short) have four main elements; a frame, a water pan, an insert and a cover/lid, as well as the 2 fuel pot holders. Regardless of the type or size, chafing dishes use water as a medium to transfer heat from the heat source. Our set comes with a 65mm deep full insert dish, if however you wish to separate your dishes you can order our half or quarter inserts. A chafing dish is a metal cooking or serving pan on a stand with an alcohol burner holding chafing fuel below it. It is used as a food warmer for keeping dishes at a buffet warm. Fuel is not provided as standard.
