Soup Kettle

Description: A soup kettle is a highly versatile piece of equipment that can be used in both domestic and commercial kitchens, also ideal for mobile catering. They are sometimes called soup warmers or soup urns, and are the most efficient method for holding hot soup and other hot liquid foods. Their primary function is to keep your food warm, the kettle uses bain-marie style wet heat to gently heat food without the risk of burning or drying out. To use a soup kettle, simply fill the outer container with the recommended amount of water and then place the inner container into the kettle. Add your soup, sauce or beverage to the container, close the lid and then set the desired temperature. Don't forget to add on a 8oz ladle, we also have a variety of other size ladles.
