Description: With 4 spikes in the middle, our meat tray grips your meat joint or poultry and keeps it firmly in place, reducing the risk of knives slipping and causing injury, but allowing you to quickly and easily carve off slices for all your guests. Slightly raised in the centre, the tray allows juices to drain away from the meat. Made from high quality stainless steel, provides high resistance to staining.
