Description: Our hot cupboard feature 2 shelves of interior space heavily insulated behind a layer of stainless steel hinged doors, with integrated heat elements preserving your meals in optimum condition. Internal temperatures are regulated from exterior controls. An electric hot cupboard is an excellent choice, their primary purpose is to keep food and plated meals warm for future serving or for storing plates to keep them warm for customers. Hot cupboards are not designed to cook food in, as the temperatures are not great enough to cook food items, they simply keep them warm once cooked.
